Terms of Service
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Welcome to Omol. These Terms of Service explain the rules for visiting and using the Omol website and related services. By accessing or using Omol, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown for a specific feature or service.
1. About Omol
Omol is an educational platform for discovering skills, sharing knowledge, and learning with a community of learners and educators. The website may include articles, tutorials, courses, videos, discussions, links, and other educational material.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use Omol only if you can legally agree to these Terms and your use is permitted by the laws that apply to you. If you use Omol on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
You agree to use Omol lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- break applicable law or regulation;
- infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- use Omol to distribute malware, spam, scams, or harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or administrative areas;
- interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website;
- scrape, copy, bulk-download, or systematically reproduce Omol content except where we expressly permit it or applicable law allows it; or
- use educational content to create a misleading, unsafe, or unlawful service.
3. Accounts and security
Some Omol features may require an account or additional information. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been used without permission.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Omol, other users, or the public, or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Educational content
Omol content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, employment, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship.
Information can become outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it and for obtaining qualified advice when a decision could affect your health, safety, finances, rights, or obligations. Follow appropriate safety instructions when learning or carrying out practical activities.
5. Content from educators and users
Omol may publish content supplied by educators, creators, contributors, or users. The views and advice in that content belong to the relevant contributor and do not necessarily represent Omol’s views. We do not guarantee that contributor content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation.
If you submit text, images, videos, links, feedback, or other material to Omol, you must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You remain responsible for your submission and must not submit unlawful, deceptive, confidential, or harmful material.
By submitting material, you grant Omol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that material as needed to operate, improve, and promote the relevant Omol service. This license ends when the material is removed, except where continued use is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or material already shared with others.
6. Intellectual property
Omol and its licensors own or control the website, branding, design, software, and Omol-created content, except for material identified as belonging to another person or provider. These materials are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms, Omol gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the website for lawful personal or internal educational purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership and does not allow you to remove notices, resell content, make unauthorized derivative works, or reproduce the site as a competing service.
If you believe content on Omol infringes your rights, contact us at privacy@omol.me with enough information for us to review the concern.
7. Third-party services and links
Omol may link to or display content from third-party services, including video, social, hosting, or other providers. Third-party services are controlled by their own operators and terms. Omol is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices.
When you follow a third-party link or interact with an embedded service, that provider may collect information according to its own policies. Review those policies before using the service.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, content, or parts of the website. We do not promise that Omol will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance or make changes without advance notice when reasonably necessary.
We may update these Terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Omol after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omol and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, availability, and freedom from harmful code.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your location.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, goodwill, opportunity, or profits, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Omol.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Omol at any time. We may suspend or end access to all or part of the website if reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or policy reasons, or if you materially breach these Terms.
Terms that are intended by their nature to continue will remain in effect after access ends, including provisions about intellectual property, submitted content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and interpretation.
12. Governing rules
These Terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the relationship between you and Omol, without removing any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
13. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms or need to report a legal, copyright, or safety concern, contact Omol at privacy@omol.me.
